The user must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorized access. Any intrusion attempt or abuse may lead to immediate suspension.
4. Submitted content
The user remains responsible for files, links, emails, URLs, identifiers, declarations and information submitted to Kicklinks, including legality and required rights.
5. Prohibited uses
Fraud, identity misuse, harassment, technical circumvention, security attacks, abusive saturation, misleading proof files or harmful use are prohibited.
6. Technical proof and limits
Statuses, histories, PDF certificates, fingerprints and logs describe a state at a given time. They are not a court decision or automatic validation by a third-party platform.
Kicklinks does not replace a bailiff, a lawyer, an IP office filing, a qualified eIDAS signature or certification, an external certification, or an absolute authenticity guarantee. A Kicklinks proof documents the available technical elements: status, reference date, revocation or expiration when those details exist.
8. Suspension and termination
Kicklinks may suspend, restrict or terminate access in case of abuse, fraud, breach of terms or harm to service integrity. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete already created proof.
9. Intellectual property
Service elements are protected. Unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
10. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
